Practice: Simple Characters

Copy each character on the canvas. Pay attention to stroke order — practice writing the strokes in the right sequence even though the canvas does not enforce it.

Tip: drag your mouse slowly. The exact line shape matters less than balance and proportion.

How this works: first watch the stroke order. Then click Try writing, and draw each stroke with your mouse. Wrong order or wrong shape is flagged in red and you have to redo that stroke. After three misses on the same stroke, a faint hint appears.
